Companies we find interesting already have real customers, protected intellectual property portfolios, profitable margins and competent management teams. They have become local champions but have the ambition to accelerate their top-line growth through international marketing and sales expansion as well as buy-and-build strategies. HPE currently operates with a team of 6 investment professionals spread across two offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, respectively. Given the strong deal flow, HPE is looking to strengthen its team by establishing an internship position on an ongoing basis.
