Analyst Program: training on the job!
The program lasts a year and is developed especially for graduates with the ambition to develop a commercial career. In close cooperation with the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, we have put together a professional training program that is spread out over the year. External teachers from INSEAD and NIBC specialists work in a unique way together to provide both professional as well as practical knowledge. Attention is also paid to professional skills such as negotiating, presenting and personal efficiency.

The program consists of various activities that take place throughout the year, both social and professional, such as a corporate social responsibility project.

During the Analyst Program you are appointed a personal mentor from management with whom you have regular contact and can discuss personal development and your career at
NIBC.

Good analytical and communications skills, good academic results and extracurricular activities are other characteristics of the kind of talent we are looking for.
