The International Research Project is the biggest project of the FSR. Twenty academic top talents specialized in Finance and Accountancy will be selected and will consult for an interesting company. This year will two professors assist to guarantee the high academic standards the International Research Project stands for. The aim of the project is to give students the opportunity to investigate and develop skills on an international level. At an international location the participants will get in contact with different industries by means of, trainings in soft skills, company visits, in-house days and guest lectures.
The IRP will start in December 2016 with trainings and workshops in the Netherlands. These workshops will teach you skills that will not only help you during the project but will contribute to your professional and personal development as well. During the project you are going to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. The IRP offers you the opportunity to work at a high level in a fast-moving economy and it provides a valuable learning experience during your studies. In the second week of May the team of 20 students will travel to Brasil to provide professional consultancy services for international companies.
Besides the IRP there will be plenty of time to explore other aspects of this amazing country, since we also offer the opportunity to continue your travels before returning to the Netherlands. Furthermore, we are going to enjoy Brasil to the fullest by drinking Brasil's national cocktail the caipirinha, discovering the night life, going on great trips during the weekends and recovering from the hard work on the beach of the Copacabana.
