Oldenburg Bonsèl - On-campus workshop

About Oldenburg Bonsèl Associates

Oldenburg Bonsèl Associates will guide you to become a Business Controller or Consultant in a two- to a three-year traineeship. OB&A serves clients both in the for-profit as in the non-profit sector to cope with changes in the sector and work more efficiently. As OB&A we understand that delivering quality is one of our key responsibilities and we are willing to do something extra to achieve the maximum result. To ensure this level of quality we will teach you what it takes to become a top professional.

From the first day at work, you will discover multiple organizations and you will be guided to get the most out of these experiences. An experienced supervisor will guide you during your traineeship when facing obstacles at work, but will also ensure you will be able to develop yourself. On top of that attention will be paid to your personal development on your way to becoming a top professional during the annual study trip.

Every two weeks you will meet your co-trainees in our classrooms after you have finished a boot camp with all employees. During these days, trainees can share their experiences and difficulties with the other trainees, guided by a professor or co-trainee. Professors will share knowledge and skills you can directly use on the job. These days will end with a nice Friday afternoon drink.

We want you to work with us, because of the quality of the traineeship we offer. Do you want to invest in your career and engage in an intensive traineeship? Come and discover our traineeship at the on-campus workshop at the Financial Business Cycle and show us what you have to offer.

About our workshop

Money can only be spent once. A lot of our clients face investment decisions in which they need to consider if money is spent best. During our case, you will take on the role of consultant in a fictional hospital and advise the board of directors in their next investment decision. You can base your considerations and think through advice on letters and financial information of several departments. You will create your advice in groups and present it to our board of directors.

First, employees of our company will tell you something about our company’s activities and the career opportunities we can offer you. Since we offer an intensive traineeship we would explain this in detail. We will end the day with an informal drink, so you can meet our employees. There will be enough time to ask your questions.
